Dear Mr. Carlucci,

I am writing this letter to complain about the problems in the


thrashing machine GF88c which we bought from your company
recently.

We followed the instructions given in the user manual but every time
we switch the machine on,
It starts giving burning smell from the motor. It shows that the
machine is broken and cannot be used.

We contacted the customer service of the company to solve the


problem but of no use. They asked us to follow the user manual or to
contact the Head Office.

We are the permanent customers of your company. We haven't had


such an experience before. We hope that you will take the matter
under consideration and return the machine. We want a refund of the
amount of $ 699. We also want your company to pay us delivery
charges.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the delay in the delivery of three


printers which we ordered from your company six weeks ago.

Our office needs the printers badly. We ordered three printers six
weeks ago. We have been waiting for the delivery but until now we
haven't received. Your salesman, Rami Baretto is not co-operative at
all.
We contacted the branch and asked them to deliver our order but
they didn’t help. They said that the printers were delivered to a
wrong address.

We are the permanent customers of your company and we haven't


had such an experience before. I hope you will take the matter under
consideration and deliver the printers as soon as possible. If the
problem is not solved in a few days, we will consider taking a legal
action against your company.
