I am writing to complain about the behavior of a salesman and the mobile phone
.which I bought from your shop on Thursday July 4

The salesman was not polite and co-operative. He didn't deal with me like a
customer. Secondly, when I opened the box of the mobile phone at home, I found
.that there were scratches on the body of the phone and the charger was missing

I contacted the salesman and asked him to replace the mobile phone but he
.refused. He said that it was from the company and not from the shop

I am the permanent customer of your shop and I haven't had such an experience
before. So, I hope you will take the matter into consideration and would replace
.the faulty mobile phone with the new one

I am writing to complain about the behavior of the staff, price and bad services of
.your restaurant during my visit on Thursday July 4
I reserved a table for dinner, but when I arrived the restaurant with my family, our
table was given to some other customer. They had no record of our reservation.
We had to wait for a long time for dinner. Secondly, the price of meal for one
person shown in the menu was SR. 50, but when we received the bill, it was SR. 75.
Thirdly, the restaurant had the policy of complimentary drinks with the meal, but
they charged SR. 30 for the drinks. Another issue was about the behavior of the
.staff. Most of them were rude and impolite
I contacted the supervisor and asked him to solve these problems but he didn't do
.anything. He said that he was busy and would see it later
I am the permanent customer of your restaurant and I haven't had such an
experience before. So, I hope you will take the matter into consideration and
.would make sure that these problems don't happen again
