Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complaint about the food quality and service quality of your
canteen. At first, I thought the food was quite good and healthy with different
vegetables when I saw the advertisement of your canteen; however, it is
completely wrong. Last week, I came here with my friends to have dinner but there
were not enough tables and chairs for us. We asked a waiter to took tables and
chairs for us but he replied to me with rude attitude and immediately ignored us.
We had waited for about an hour to have a seat and ordered food. Unfortunately,
some dishes we ordered were not delicious: salads had too much sugar on them
and the sweet soup were too salty for us to eat.
I think the main problem is that there were not enough employees to serve
customers. Because your canteen just newly opened, I hope you look into the
matter, find a solution for it and have lots of customers.
