You and some friends had dinner in a restaurant a few nights ago. The service
at the restaurant was terrible and the food was bad. You and two friends had
severe stomach-aches the following day. The food was also overpriced.

Write to the manager of the restaurant and explain these problems. Give any
details that you think are relevant. Ask the manager to do something about the
situation.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bad meal and service that my
friends and I had at your restaurant last Sunday night.

The first problem is that we had booked an outdoor table, a waiter gave us an
indoor table by the toilets because there was none available at that time. When the
meal finally arrived, the soup and the fried fish were already cold and I asked for
those dishes to be taken back and reheated, but the waiter shouted at me. In
addition to this, when the bill came,we were overcharged for soft drinks.

Finally,I and two friends had severe stomach-aches the following day, we almost
were hospitalized because of food poisoning.Unacceptable treatment at your
restaurant made us extremely disappointed.

I would like to receive your explanation and apology for these matters. If you think
this is typical of your usual standard of service, and no positive actions are taken, I
will never recommend your restaurant to my family and friends.
