Peruchon Restaurant,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the food I recently ate at your restaurant
in Huanchaco on Saturday afternoon.

I ordered the mixed ceviche with seafood, which is a Peruvian dish made with raw fish,
onions, and cilantro. The fish was very salty and the seafood had an unpleasant smell. I
could not finish the dish and I left feeling sick to my stomach.

I am disappointed that the food was not up to par. I have eaten at your restaurant before
and I have always enjoyed the food. I am not sure what happened this time, but I hope
that you will investigate the matter and take steps to ensure that the food is always of
the highest quality.

I have a few recommendations that I think would help to improve the quality of the food
at your restaurant. First, I think you should hire a good experienced chef. The chef
should be attentive to the preparation of the dishes and make sure that the food is not
too salty. Second, you should make sure that the ingredients you use are fresh and of
good quality. Shellfish should not be in unsanitary conditions.

I would like to see the food at your restaurant be of the highest quality. I would like to
be able to recommend your restaurant to my friends and family without having to worry
about them getting sick. I hope that you will take my recommendations seriously and
make the necessary changes.
