MY REACTION PAPER

I Remenber that I was a child my dream is to work in fast food restaurant because of the
kindness of employee of joliibee bida ang saya dto tayo dito tayo sa jolibee bida ang saya
that the first dream since I was a child and I remember I shy a alot of many people but some
got my attention I ithink im inlove but char I jas kidding back to my topic someone got my
attensyon I think ttaht person is the manager trainee she has a lot of self confidence and this
is the exciteting she give me inspiredration to become a future manager because she talk to
me and he make me feel very welcome at Jollibee he ask me what is my name and what I
want and I answer I want gravy and she give me a five gravy but I only ask for two gravy cup
and she smile at me and I think that is there where to make me special in jollibe and now
im young every I go in fastfood like mcdo I observe what is there doing for my knowledge at
restaurant and never diisapointt me in his product nothing chance except for the price but the
crew are very friendly except for other counter she look like I rate customer but I understand
that crew because not every crew are happy maybe she have a bad day and jollibe and mcdo
anre she make me feel special and very important of customer by saying welcome to mcdo
and saying the guard welcome sir tuloy po kayo in that way I feel I special and very welcome
at every restaurant are deamlight to look the place and relax and pieceful to enjoy our meal and
the service food are very humble and handsome and beautiful every request of water and
cravy or anything he/she always say thank you maam and sir there service are very very fast
I remember I order in take out I was sitting around for five minutes and after the five minutes
my order are ready to claim and may order are wrong and I call there restaurant manager
to complain it and she talk me chillax and very calm and explain to me everything so I can
he offer me to wait until my order is complete and the front counter apologize to me for there
mistake and then itake my oder and every thing is new not lapse and not cold and that why
ilove to complain to give me a new product and what customer service that I deserve
maybe my hobby is not wrong because I give the management a feed back for there
service I hope don’t mind my complaint but I should be a thankful because iwant the every
front counter is doing are best to give a service that deserve for every one S
