My learning experience in Food and Beverages and Services .
I learned in Food and Beverages Services NC II is to communicate properly to the
guest, and to serve in a good way to the guest. And also knowing the rules of the
restaurant that how you treat your customer as your guest. Actually it is my first time to
learned this kind of subject but I will try my best that how to serve and how to speak
with different language to the customer. And I know that is a little bit difficult to me
when it comes to glass. Because its struggles me and confusing me to their names but I
will try it to know of them. Otherwise I know to make a menu by using A La Carte and
Table d Hote. And I learned also to handle the guest, just to follow the 15 steps of table
sequence. And also I wont forget the 5 table set up also because its needed to the
restaurant to avoid ignorant. Being FBS student, its very exciting when learning Food
and Beverages Services because it teaches me that to speak English, to handle breakable
things, and preparing an order properly to the guest. But sometimes I feel frustrating
when it comes to harder performances and test. Because sometimes I didn’t get the
point on preparing techniques and handling techniques. Sometimes also I cant focus
when doing my work its because I wonder something weird on my brain, It makes me
failure when I didn’t participate in my performance, But Its ok at least I learn something
cool in Food and Beverages Services.
I do skirting with a different style.

Im practicing the 5 table set up.
Im practicing how to pour wine in a glass in a different percentage of water.
