I: Tell me about yourself


M: currently, I working as a cook in Banquets Catering where I realize mice an place for the
event time, prepare dishes and attend guest in the Catering service, but this is a provisional job. Before
that, I was an Management assistant of W Bogota, an hotel of Marriott Brand. Within my tasks I use
to check bills, inspect health- related regulations and also train new incoming employees regarding
Marriott kitchen standards. And, before that, I worked as cook in Harry Sasson, one of the fifty best
Latin American restaurants. Now, I wanna learn more about kitchen techniques and gain experience in
another countries, with another chefs and many differences cooks ans their cultures. In ten years, I’m
hoping to be a executive chef in a luxury hotel or resort

I: What is your biggest strength?


M: I have very strong communication and leadership skills. I have strong attention to detail
when I served to costumer.

I: What is your greatest weakness?


M: I used to be very eager, because I think about me, that I am goal-oriented person. I realized
my tasks so quickly without think in my coworkers, and I don't worry for my team. Now, I learn that
my team tasks is my priority too, therefore I bring support to my team ever is possible.
M: Another weakness could be that, I’m not wise, because I used to say thing when its
necessary.

I: why are you interested in this positions?


M: I know the Four Seasons is one a bigger chain hotel around the world, and I think to be Chef
de partie is my next step to my career, so I can to gain many experience in this resort if I work and
learn of experienced members of your staff

I: why should we hire you?


M: Because, I have than experience by cook than knowledge by professional. I may to bring
cuisine knowledge about my culture and the enterprise that I was worked. I’d love to bring my diverse
skill set to your company

I:what do you know about the company?


M: Well, I meet Four Seasons in my country and search information, This is a international
chain hotel created in Canada from more sixty years ago, I know this resort is famous for be near to
vineyards and his “year – round” activities
