Answer: To enter into a career, interview is considered as the first step. A job of waiter /waitress
is one of the hardest job. The job of waiter is servicing the customers. If a person I want to join the job
then and he/she have to make it sure that the potential customer impress in first meeting with his/ her
personality . To select the store manager/with staff and counter people/pizza maker a company need to
take interview of the candidates (the people apply for the job). Interview procedure is based on question
answer session and the employer in order to find out potential employee try to ask some tricky questions.
Because they want only those employees who can work with their full potential for betterment of

Every important thing in restaurant business is the behavior of the waiters and waitresses of the
restaurant and their service and conversation style with the customer. The waiter or waitress
should be kind, polite, accurate and enough smart to communicate with the clients and take their
orders very fast. Remember the most important traits employers look for in a great server is
friendliness in organization . so during interview a candidate should smile and make proper eye
contact. A waiter and waitress have to work quickly and under pressure while maintaining poise.
