You and your friends recently had dinner in a restaurant and you were not satisfied with
the food, service as well as the staff. Write a letter to the manager and complain
- Greeting: Dear Sir/Madam,
- Opening:
My name is David, from Hanoi. My friends and I had dinner in your restaurant
yesterday and we were not happy with the food, service and the staff. I am
writing this email to complain about these.

Body:
As far as I know, your restaurant is one of the most popular places in Hanoi. I
think most people are happy with your restaurant. However, I have some things
that I would like to complain about. First of all, the food was not diverse. Some
of my friends like seafood but you did not have/ serve. In addition, it was not
delicious. The soup was a bit salty and the steak was overcooked. I think the
food was expensive/ overpriced. The vegetables were not fresh. They were dirty.
About the staff, they were not polite and helpful. Some of them were slow. We
had to wait for the food for 30 minutes. The restaurant was too small so it was
too noisy.
I was not going to ask for a refund. I just want you to improve your restaurant so
that I can come back someday.

We ordered seafood, beef, noodles and salad for 5 people. The seafood was Ok but the
beef was not. It was not fresh and delicious. It was overcooked. The vegetables were
not fresh and clean. The noodles were a bit salty. We were not satisfied with the food
we had. About the service, we were not happy with some of your staff. They were not
friendly and helpful. They were too slow that we had to wait for long. One of them was
impolite when he shouted at us. Besides, I think that the food here was too expensive. I
really want to get the refund for the food we had/ (I really want you to improve your
