RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF LAMAO, LIMAY, BATAAN TO CONDUCT A

BASIC OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING (BOSH) AND CORE CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND
HEALTH TRAINING (COSH) FOR THE YOUTH OF BRGY. LAMAO.

WHEREAS, council agrees that as we continue to fight the pandemic and other job dangers and
concerns, workplace safety and health training is more critical than ever. Aside from minimizing Covid-19
infection, we must also guarantee that workers are protected from the hazards that exist on the workplace,
particularly in industries that are highly dangerous, such as construction considering the industry that we are
in;
WHEREAS, council will pursue these training to ensure that neither you nor your staff get hurt or
unwell as a result of their employment, create a positive health and safety culture where working safely and
healthily is second nature to everyone and meet one’s legal obligation to protect employees' health and
safety;

WHEREAS, council come to terms to have 50 trainees per quarter for each training; 50 trainees for
BOSH and 50 trainees for COSH. In this case we would like to prioritize youth that are out of school and did
not attend tertiary education;

WHEREAS, trainees will be submitting supporting documents such as birth certificate, Accomplished
form, Brgy. Clearance, cedula and 2x2 picture;

WHEREAS, the Lamao Sangguniang Kabataan is hoping and earnestly praying that this project will
be possible to allow us to deliver quality projects to help them secure their future;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Sangguniang Kabataan of Lamao to

CONDUCT A BASIC OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING (BOSH) AND CORE CONSTRUCTION
SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING (COSH) FOR THE YOUTH OF BRGY. LAMAO.
 RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this Resolution to Sangguniang Barangay of Lamao,
DILG and Dole of Limay, Bataan for their information.
