from your office as regards the on-going construction of road at the backdoor
located at Barangay A. Olaes. The queries are as follows:

1. Is it a private road or public road?

2. Is there a right of way?
3. Is there a deed of donation concerning the said property?
4. Is there a technical plan showing entrance and egress of the construction?
5. Who funded the said construction?
6. Any other information about the project.
