PART B : POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent shall have high responsibility and esteem to work alone. He/She will be reporting
directly to the Country Administration and HR Manager.

PART C : JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


IT :
1) Install, manage, and troubleshoot IT system (LAN, server, client, Internet, fax, printer, scanner
etc.). Installation of software systems (operating system, application software ...) for server &
client
2) Propose maintenance plans, upgrade the system, change services according to the development
requirements of the company.
3) Proposing, participating in software development projects, IT for all departments
4) Solve daily problems, problems with servers, PCs, networks
5) Assist the administrative management, maintenance, replacement of office equipments.
6) Planning maintenance, system upgrades, periodic equipment.
7) Management of voice systems, corporate mail systems;
8) Management and maintenance of information technology equipment and technology of the
company.
9) Manage Company’s website
10) Statistics set up database of IT / PCs / Laptops in the whole company

ERP
11) Incharge of ERP project for all 3 mills and 6 depots in Vietnam.
12) Responsibility in cooperate all core team to figure out the best solution.
13) Translate for core team in related issue to M3 project in Viet Nam.
14) Other duties as instructed by Country Director and/or Country Administration &HR Manager.

Professional Bachelor Degree in IT


Professional Bachelor Degree in English

At least 2 years working experience in IT field.
