REFLECTION BY RUSNĖ GUTAUSKAITĖ

I really enjoyed trip to European Parliament. It was a good opportunity to learn more about democracy in Europe. All day
highlight was international dinner, where I could communicate with project friends.
I think the second day was my favourite. The Alsace-Moselle Memorial left a huge impression because it was modern and
the guide was very communicative, able to interest listeners. Also I enjoyed making video with my project friends.
Trip to Struthof concentration camp needed to pay all my attention to the Second World War crimes and what human life
meant at that time. It was strange and unusual to learn about the cruelty of the Nazis in such beautiful nature.
I enjoyed boat trip around the city of Strasbourg and the visit to the cathedral’s observation deck. It revealed the
extraordinary beauty of this city. The final activities allowed me to be with international friends for the lats time. The
presentations made me realize the importance of this projects.
