Selling side’s KPI examples


- my total sales: in January: my store sales is 100 million.

1. we want to increase sales 10% month by month - but in February we get 110

- the number of customers having problems: we sell 200 laptops per month and in
January: 10 of them have problems
1. we want to reduce this to 5 next month. In February, there are only 5 broken
laptops left (meet Kpi)
- customer satisfaction: 80% of customers are satisfied with our service in the past
January
2. We want to increase our customer satisfaction service count to 90% in the next
month. in February the number of customer satisfaction dropped to 85% (fil KPI)
3. We want to increase customer satisfaction to 90% next month, in March 90%
satisfaction as expected (meet KPI)
- Average response time: our customers had to wait 1 hour to receive our response
last month,

4. We want to reduce this to 30 minutes next month, but by February we have


responded more positively and customers only need to wait 30 minutes (meet KPi)

slow to respond because there are more customers and customers need to wait 50
