A) Ans: Job specification for HR Manager is given below:

Educational Requirements:
 BBA and MBA degree in Human resource management from any reputed university.
 Any HR related training/certification will be of added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
 At least 05 years of experience in HR Operations.

KSA:
Knowledge:
 The abilities of a human resource manager should include the ability to understand key
human resource indicators. This includes indicators such as hiring, engagement and
retention, as well as employee value and performance. Some knowledge of Excel will be
a great advantage.
 In accordance with the British Council framework, lead and execute end-to-end internal
and external recruitment and selection lifecycle activities within a prescribed schedule.
Support functional business units / departments to meet their growing recruitment needs
in Bangladesh.
Skills:
 Make sure to complete pre-joining background checks, background checks, and pre-
employment medical examinations for selected candidates.
 Supervise the hiring of consultants and temporary staff.
 Lead and support the workforce planning work of the British Council in Bangladesh as
appropriate.
 Lead the employer branding scheme to ensure that the British Council is positioned as an
attractive employer in Bangladesh.
Ability:
 Ability to assist in the analysis of HR data in Bangladeshi companies. This includes real-
time support for the management of the global HR information management system and
the regular reporting of key HR indicators to the HR manager and senior management
team.
 Responsible for sharing hiring dashboards and reports to key internal stakeholders to
make better hiring decisions and ultimately improve hiring quality.

A) Ans: Millennials are more advanced in their thought process and need more flexibility
and opportunity to learn because flexible employees tend to be happier and more loyal
who provide more time for hobbies and interests, and improve interpersonal
relationships. Among 10 incentives the main incentives for them would be flexibility of
work which is describing below:

 They expect expert HR advice as and when needed.


 They prefer early shift which is more important for them to contribute their best to the
organization.

B). Ans: The highly favored method for the companies during Covid-19 is remote work or
working from homes which is mainly maximum amount of using technology to a great extent in
the current COVID 19 situation and there are only approximately 64% of people who do not
wish to use technology or remote orientated they prefer on office jobs.

the employees both are going to be benefited as well.
