My SMART goal is to to specifically behavior goal is to start running early in

the morning will help me to lose weight and get in shape. My measure To improve

my health I realized to start run if I spent at least two weeks walking or doing some

other form of exercise like using a stationary bike or an elliptical trainer. The goal is

achievable and realistic by trying to do it roughly 30 minutes per day, four or five

days per week. It is action-oriented because my strategies would be to start slowly

and begin for 15 mins jog and then work my way up from there ganging my comfort

level high as I go.Hopefully help me in my behaviour for running faster and longer.

The SMART goal is relevant because i want to lose weight. Personally i don’t

think i’m overweight person nor a healthy person too. To improve my health I

realized to start run. It is time bound since I will try to do this in six weeks from

February 26 through April 9, 2017.
