Programs for employees or for the community

Some of the programs for employees and the community:

1. The company launched programs at a cost of RD$100,000,000 for the adaptation of stores
to the new post-covid-19 reality and the education of these. This investment will impact
more than 7,000 stores with protective and educational materials, such as posters about
the measures against the Covid-19, distancing marks, countertops, washbasins, and gel
dispensers, among other supplies. Similarly, the company will be promoting more than 15
digital training programs for stores and their dependents on topics such as safety and
hygiene, development of the point of sale in this new reality, as well as finance and
inventory. Based on these trainings, Brewery plans to place Safety Certification badges on
the facade of the stores that comply not only with the trainings but also with the
implementation of adaptations that allow a safer service for consumers.

2. The Dominican Brewery presents a new training program to boost the talent of the
brewers and help them grow their business. This program has been circulating on
television and social networks, the brewery explains that, due to the contribution of the
brewers to the communities, their loyalty and their desire to excel; the company wants to
support them to achieve their dreams.

Telematics engineering has a wide range of options to choose from, whether the company wants
to create applications for iOS, Android, Windows or if you want management-level programming

products or maintenance of those already created. We are responsible for the network you have
either for your analysis, study how viable it is, calculate the size of the network you need, calculate
