COOLAC LTDA's targeted services to provide the information the company needs to achieve its
goals, IT resources must be managed, and a set of IT processes grouped in a natural way. The
potential of technologies to radically change organizations and business practices, create new
opportunities, and reduce costs. COOLAC LTDA recognizes the benefit that technology provides,
also understands and manages the risks associated with implementing new technologies.

We are a Savings and Credit Cooperative with a high interest of service to families and small
businesses in the agricultural, commercial and services sector, in the south of the country. We
are characterized by our friendly, customer respect and commitment to our partners. We are in
constant innovation of service strategies for our customers, our employees and the community
in general, the application of quality standards for the commercial, technological, operational,
control, training, financial, social, cultural and ecological áreas.

Vision

Develop the professionalization of the human resource as a leveling to the changing world of
business administration and the permanent diagnosis that allows us to comply with planning
and formulate strategies of technical, administrative and marketing advances, to achieve
excellence in the short term, becoming one of the strongest cooperatives in the south of the
country after five years.
Objectives

1.Ensure adequate risk management in all cooperative processes, taking as reference the existing
and applicable regulations.

2. Diagnose the market, competition and customers, to improve the knowledge and actions
necessary to achieve a better positioning of the Cooperative.

3. Respond to the needs and contribute to the success of the Cooperative.

4. Establish the policies required to control the acquisition, use, and management of IT resources.
Internal Analysis

COOLAC LTDA has more than nineteen years of service, so the ICT infrastructure of the
Cooperative has been modified according to the needs arising from its growth, considering the
changes of the technology and resources available and 2 internet channels with speeds of 5 and 2
