SMART MAILBOX SYSTEM

I-PROBLEMS FACED
In our dwelling houses, churches and even in certain infrastructures the
mailbox is often very little controlled. Especially in some African countries
where they are often used for filing electricity and water bills and even letters of
advice. According to some studies, it has been noticed that these mailboxes are
checked once every month. Yet it constitutes a very essential element in a
house. It is often very neglected and can be checked by the controller (person in
charge of the box) without having to do so for several reasons, most often by its
long distance from the house (the case of 'a residential house); by the scarcity of
letters of suggestion (in the case of a church or a hospital). Faced with all this,
we have set up a device called SMART MAILBOX SYSTEM to overcome
these problems.

II-SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM

The SMART MAILBOX SYSTEM is a device allowing to signal to the
guarantor of the box or to the owner of the box that he has received a mail
without even having checked anything. Actually In our current case we have
already build our prototype (device) using arduino. The device works in a very
simple way, when the mailbox receives a letter, our device emits a signal to
ignite the owners. The signal differs from the installation. For example in the
case of a house the signal can be the flashing of a light bulb in a corner of the
house. In a church, the signal can just be sent message by telephone to the parish
priest. .in the case of a hospital, this can also be sent by a personal message can
be sent to the infrastructures account through the module.

II- METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION

Since we have already build the prototype using Arduino, we need to
perform it. Such a way that it can be sell. That is why we decided to move to the
PCB design (Printed Circuit Board).

Printed circuit board (PCB) design will brings our electronic circuits to
life in the physical form. Using layout software, the PCB design process
combines component placement and routing to define electrical connectivity on
a manufactured circuit board.
