1. System and sub system number assigned as per SFI code
2. Prepare dossier and compile related documentation consisting if any: 2.0 PRE – COMMISSIONING 3.0 COMMISSIONING
a. System mechanical completion certificate Generate and issue a ready for
commissioning certificate to signify 1. Generate and issue commissioning
b. Mechanical completion status index that system/subsystem can be
handover for pre-commissioning notification permit
c. Mechanical completion check record and as built drawing
activity to commence and certificate 2. Relevant permit to be issued
d. Punch list record shall be issued by company to client
e. Commissioning procedure (energizing permit, LOTO,etc)

completion check record. Certificate shall be
issued by company to client for approval and
sign off.

1. Generate punch list record (Punch A and B) for punch raised
during mechanical completion. Punch list record should consists a) Cover page of the procedure, interdisciplinary
system/subsystem number, punch list record number, commissioning check list, commissioning
contractor name & date when corrective actions were carried completi on or certi fi cate and index sheet
out, company name & date when corrective actions were
inspected & accepted and client’s sign off acceptance
