Applications for an Importation Licence by Registered Importers must be made in
respect of each consignment of material defined under Council Directive 2000/29/
EC or the Colorado Beetle Act 1945 & 1962 intended to be imported into Ireland.

ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED MUST BE EITHER TYPED OR IN BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS.
