AF2 Module User Manual

Product Limited Warranty:


• aRacer SpeedTek Inc. warrants this product against defects in material and
workmanship for the period of 1 year. The warranty period begins with the date
of original retail purchase.
• Please make sure the store and your information has be filled in the warranty
card. If you discover a defect issue, please come to the original purchasing store
and show your warranty card.
• This warranty does not cover: damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
neglect by artificial, and any consumable like Oxygen Sensor. Please be sured
to read detail limitation on aRacerSpeedTek official website.
• The limited warranty is made only to original end user / purchaser of the product,
and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product.
The “original end user”is the first user to put the product into service in any
fashion.

Working Status (after initial Identification):

1. LED On: Module is working well.


2. LED Slowly Blinking: Sensor is warming up.
3. LED Quickly Blinking: Sensor error.
4. LED Off: No power to module.
*If using more than 2 modules in the same time, you will need different ID(A、B、C、
D) of AF2 module.

8. Precautions

• When installing the wideband oxygen sensor on the exhaust pipe, please confirm that you
can screw the entire oxygen sensor into the opening of the exhaust pipe with your bare
hands.

• If the sensor is stuck by something, please check whether there is some debris in the
oxygen sensor seat of the pipe. If necessary, use a tool to trim the unevenness in the
oxygen seat. Do not use a tool to forcibly lock it in. When the exhaust pipe is heated and
expands, it may cause the oxygen sensor to be damaged due to the extrusion of the
exhaust pipe.

• Please ensure that power supply provides a voltage at least 12V for AF2 module to work
well.

• Please make sure that the engine and the body are well grounded. Poor grounding may
cause damage to the AF2 module.
