Lesson Outcomes
Learning Intention: We are learning to recognise the use of Line in artworks and follow instructions to create a
single line portrait.
Success Criteria:

Students will follow instructions to draw an abstract self-portrait using a single line technique. Students
will experiment with different line techniques and will express themselves through their artwork.

LESSON OUTLINE
Introduction: Kahoot assigned day before to access prior knowledge about The Elements of Art ( motivation, link to
prior experience or learning, preparatory concepts )
Show students examples of single line artworks.
This is an interactive lesson, remind students to be involved. Remind students to speak one at a time on Zoom.
