No , I have not been fired or asked to resign in my
career.
 As soon as i fully understand the internal work ... of our
company, I will be able to significally improve the
production process.i will apply my management
knowladge and use my previous experiences to propose
better approach to optimiz the chain of prod. The
internal communication and improve the MQSE

  One of my most innovative project is the
implementation of on workshop organisation method
“5s” in a smart effective way.
  During my work at the EMP company as a project
cordinator , we had a delivring dedline for 6 month a
head that was moved vy client requirement to only 2
month , which obliged us to increase the production rate
to 200% , and I had to work extra hours of 9hours per

 I positive that I have enough communication
knowledge and soft skills management, which will
allow me to early, integrated and fit in my new position.
  During my carreer I have faced some serous difficult
situation , on of the most memorable was the time that
one of my team personal had a sever work accident , and
he had cut off his finger and I had to handlle the
situation which I did using my first aid knowledge to
safely deliever the night heatement and controlled the
situation in a class way till tge emergency team unived
I am currently working on the development of my work
safety skills , in fact lately i have acquired the QHSE
international certificate and i am seeking to work on the
“nebosh” certificate.
 
I think that I have all the necessary criteria for working
on his group besides I am proficient in technical,
flexible, having organizational sense and finally I think
the differs critters found I have a great confidence in me
that gives me the certitude that it is me the rare bird.
I am willing to sacrifice my personal me in order to
catch a deadline or deliver on urgent production need
since the success of my company reflect directly my
own success 
In my opinion, there are two major thing that a company
needs to crow, which are maintining our actuel market
share and expanding it by comentrading more on the
developpement of the prodction sever, so that il will
never be out dated.
Definitely not a problem.
I think that concentrating in a job that I love and trying
to serve it create will automatically provide the right
salary.
When I heled the position of production manager with
frikha concept we had a “fair” , and after my
observation , I case with the prevention of increasing the
production to meet the near future orders , but my team
challenged my decission , because they were afraid that
we west be able to sell it all and we will have a lot of
loose production.so i had to come with a thourt
presentation which elaborated that during our past “fair”
we statisticly over flood by orders.and after explaining
all the needs nuberes my team agreed and in the next
few days I was proven to be.
 In my career I’ve made so few mistakes that I consider
“big” the most significant one that was a time
management mistake that I need on my early period of
my career, it was when I calculated a transportation time
, which led to a sight delivery delay. The reason I
choosed to use our own company transportation truck

and squeeze it on tight 2 in 1 delivering was that I
wanted to prevent extra charges .
  Once I was working as a production manger, I had an
urgent delivering and it was necessary that the whole
team stay after hours , so I had to persuad then to work
extra hours and honestly 90% of their decision was
made due to my personal good relationshipwith each an
of my team.so they all stayed and helped me to delevier
without ever proposition extra money.
 My actual goals are to expand my professional on an
international scale and to invert a fair my career with a
big respectful company that I can grow and develop my
skills under it is roof.
Yes, I did disagreed with some of my employer
decissions and each time the happenss I try to present
my idea using the right and convincing argument and
then I let the final decision for my director.
Sometimes I had to deal with some stubborn co-worker
there are under my supervision and it was nessary to
maintain order and follow the company policy severaly
because for me the well-being of the company comes
before every thing.
  A few years ago my familly had a deal with a severe
crises and I personally think that my most significant
accomplishment was that I have been able to help in an
important way to pull my familly out of that situation
  “Work hard, party hard “ is my proverb, I enjoy friends
gamping, familly meetings and social events, on other
hand I really enjoy spaending my time reading (the last
book was “si vous etes cotcher moi aussi je veux “)
I am a man of action, so I am will be available as soon
