Preventive maintenance is maintenance that is regularly
performed on a piece of equipment to lessen the likelihood of it failing. In this topic I learned how important to clean and disinfect our tools and equipment. We must keep in mind that tools and equipment’s must clean daily to prevent the presence of rust and molds. There are things we can use as home cleaners such as vinegar is a natural cleaning product can be disinfectant and deodorizer, lemon can use to dissolve scum soap and hard water deposits, baking soda can be used to scrub surfaces, borax act as a stain remover, tea tree oil removed build up m dirty kitchen. In cleaning our stove or range always check the wiring if the stove/range are plug in we must plug it off before we cleaned it. So that we can prevent accident in cleaning. We should protect our tools and equipment’s so we can use it all year round it is helpful for us because it can be lowered our budget to buy new equipment’s if we maintenance it properly. The tools and equipment’s will be last forever if we should take care of it and clean it regularly.
