ORIENTATION OF SDO PERSONNEL AND SCHOOL ICT coOrDINATORS

AND TEACHERS ON THE USE OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(LMS) AND APPLICATION FOR PNPKI DIGITAL SIGNATURES

1. In relation to memorandum OUA Memo oo-0721-129 Application of Field

Offices and School Personnel for PNPKI Digital Signature issued by the central
office, all personnel (teaching and non-teaching) enjoin in the orientation end
demonstration on the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) especially
those who will serve in the 2021 National and Local Elections which will cover
Microsoft 0365 (M365) password reset and application for Philippine National
Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) digital signatures.

2. The following personnel who will be involved shall be prioritized:

a. Personnel who will serve during the 2022 National and Local Elections
b. Signatories of procurement-related activities
Head of the procuring entity;
i. Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Members;
ii. Technical Working Groups;
v. BAC secretariat and
End-users/Implementing Unit
Members of the DepEd PNPKI Team in all governance levels
d. Other activities that require immediate use of PNPKI certified digital
certificate.

The Division PNPKI Team shall be composed of:

4 The school heads shall ensure that all personnel in their respective schools
who are prioritized in the PNPKI application attend the orientation to be
conducted by school. An in-depth orientation shall be conducted to ensure that
all steps in the application online shall be followed.

5. Face-to-face may be required during the roll-out sessions in school level

provided that minimum health protocols issued by IATF shall strictly observe.

6. Division Office personnel included in the prioritization list are required to

attend the PNPKI Application through LMS SDO Personnel via google meet on
August 20, 2021 (Link shall be forwarded to SDO personnel FB group chat)

7 Application and submission of PNPKI requirements through DepEd

Learning Management System (LMS) shall be completed individually, while the
Division IT Officer and the School ICT Coordinators shall coordinate and assist
the applicants on how to fill-out the PNPKI application form and other
requirements and in resolving issues and concerns in relation to the activity.
