 1. Senior ci�zen waiver request.
All owners listed on the registra�on are
70 years of age or older and the vehicle
is driven less than 5,000 miles per year.
 2. Disabled ci�zen waiver request.
All owners listed on the registra�on meet the
requirements of Maryland Vehicle Law for disabili�es.
The vehicle is registered with disabled plates and the
vehicle is driven less than 5,000 miles per year.
