In our society, we citizens are divided by our differences in beliefs,
contrasting opinions, religions, social classes, etc., This phenomenon is also
existing in the digital world, where Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has divided us, in which there is a growing gap between those who have access to internet and technology, possesses the wealth to afford the ICT gadgets and services and on the other hand are those who do not have access to technology and required wealth to acquire the gadgets and the digital services in which is termed as the Digital Divide.
