Engaging Scenario
The Science Department of St. Mary’s Academy of Ligao will organize a Virtual Science Fair during the
school celebration of Science Week. One of the highlights of the fair is the contest for the most engaging
and informative seminar workshop. The contest aims to promote health awareness and protection as well as
species and biodiversity conservation among every student. You are currently working in DOST and was
invited to be one of the candidate speakers. You are asked to present relevant data on the following areas:
 common respiratory and circulatory diseases evident in the community
 preventive measures for the diseases
 treatment procedures for the diseases
 plant and animal species that are endangered and on the brink of extinction
 natural and human factors that triggers the extinction
 ways that can be adapted to prevent this extinction
 significance of protecting and conserving plant and animal life forms

like PowerPoint or any interactive presentation platform in presenting the information you gathered. Your
seminar workshop video will be evaluated based on presentation, content, organization and relevance to the
