SUBJECT :     Observance of English Speaking Policy in this Organization

1.0 It is the policy of the company to encourage everyone in all of its corporate
pursuits. I expecting all employees of our company to follow the English-
Speaking Policy.

2.0 Anyone who does not follow the law will face a punishment as well as a
deduction from their salary.

3.0 This Policy is effective at the end of this month and all employees should
cooperate to promote the cooperating environment within the company and its
important for everyone to adhere to the rules.
