This is to inform all year one semester two to submit their concept papers to the Directorate for

approval and allocation of supervisors and those that have finished year one to submit their proposals to
the Directorate for defence not later than 15th November 2021 .

For proposal defence you are required to prepare not more than 10 slides and they shouldn't be
congested

You must also have cleared the university dues before coming for presentation

And your proposals must have been signed by your supervisor
