Financial Market Experience Program in XIME is to develop future leaders. Business Leaders
are developed; they are not born. The experimental learning process drives business leaders
through practical learning in the Stock Market, helping them achieve their financial goals and
create a better society tomorrow.

Description: This is a full description of what is being proposed for the session, including a
written description of the presentation, the topic's importance to attendees, use of
handouts, and the format of presentation. Please limit to no more than 200 words.
Financial Market Experience Program in XIME is classified into three learning experiences
interlinked and on par with the Stock trading and stock markets.
Trading - Every manager has to deal with the virtual money of Indian Rupees of two lakhs.
The managers have to invest the money. When every decision is a choice among alternatives,
there will be an Artificial Intelligence that asks you to reason to purchase or sell the stock; it will
help understand why to sell or buy stock rather than go into a blind decision.
Equity research - Every manager will select four companies, and the criteria are to pick from
two different sectors, one from mid-cap and one from the large-cap. Each manager has to submit
a report that includes the overview, fundamental analysis, SWOT, competitor analysis, ratios,
and history of its stock performance.
Learning – Every manager will undergo a self-eLearning process. There will be video-based
lessons covering topics that included stock markets basics, how to navigate through the stock
markets, and legendary trader, which was quite useful. They also had quizzes after each of the
classes where you can check how much you have learned.
