A creature can make a ‘Saving throw ending the condition on themselves as noted below. + A creature with disorientation has a1 to all Dexterity ‘Saving throws and ability checks aswell as all attack rolls that per rank of disorientation. * Accreature can only suffer from 5 ranks of disorientation * A creature with 3 oF more ranks of disorientation has disadvantage on Deaterity saving throws and al attack rolls. They also cannot gain advantage by any means. * A ceeature with 5 ranks of disorientation falls prone and cannot stand back up so long as they have ranks of disorientation, * Asan action on a creatures turn, it can make a Wisdom save, DC 15, to remove all ranks of disorientation on itsel.
