REQUEST FOR THE ADJUSTMENT OF SERVICE CHARGE

We will like to thank you for the opportunity given to us to test-run the market at ABM for a
period of one year. During this period, the business with all the factors that affected business
and its survival, we were able to generate N1,489,000 as revenue, and 90% of this money
comes after COVID-19.

As our service charge is due for renewal this October 2020. However, achieving the objective
of our agreement is not realistic. The 20% revenue sharing is clearly not attainable and we
believe we can pay 10% due to over-head and expenses which we incurred. We also request
that the rent should be extended till next year. We hope to regain profitability as the economy
gradually returns to normal.
