BAC RESOLUTION AMENDING CONTRACT NAME, BRIEF DESCRIPTION, BILL OF QUANTITIES

(BOQ) AND CONTRACT DURATION OF THE PROJECT WITH CONTRACT ID NO. 20GN0059 DUE TO
THE FINAL REVISION OF PROGRAM OF WORKS.

BAC RESOLUTION NO. B16 – 01 – 2020

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee, Department of Public Works and Highways Negros
Occidental 4th District Engineering Office, Bago City, advertised/posted the Invitation To Bid for the project
with Contract ID No. 20GN0059 in the DPWH website and PhilGEPS on March 6-12, 2020;

WHEREAS, as scheduled in the Invitation To Bid, the submission and opening of bids will be on March
25, 2020 at 10:00 AM and after the receipt of bids, respectively;

the project with Contract ID No. 20GN0059 due to final revision of Program of Works and to post the
supplemental bid bulletin in the DPWH website, PhilGEPS and in the office bulletin board.
