Considering all the time that I have spent working in this organization I have
seen that this organization deals with all of its problems and is able to fill all
the spaces that may lead to failure, but I do feel that there are some problems
and spaces which need to be noticed and worked on. The first ones that I feel
should be examined include, the highly trained professional guards, proper
working armaments, team time and clean uniforms. Moreover, even the
selected guards should be trained and educated to a certain level. Every line of
defense should be taken into account when starting off a contract. Important
measures should be taken, like; advancement in technology which may include
usage of mobile devices as buzzers in order to report any mishap. Moreover,
their should be monthly check-ups on the systems and it should also be made
sure that the team reaches the location on time without any unnecessary
delays. In addition to this, ishikawa’s seven fundamental quality tools, which
are; pareto analysis, control charts, run charts, process flow charts, histograms,
scatter diagram and check sheets are some of the excellent tools to assess
quality.

For problem solving, pareto analysis is also a useful technique. It is corporate

decision making technique which is based on the 80/20 rule.

Lastly, I noticed that the company does offer proper facilities to its clients with
more advanced technology but somehow the systems used by them made
their customers more furious and annoyed with every coming day. Moreover,
the approach for management should be taken into consideration. Forecasting
for clients in the future is an effective way to deal with customers in a better
way but it not only helps business to be ready for the future clients, forecasting
also helps the business to determine how many claims they need to raise on
monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
