Recommendation:

Uber should work on strengthening new cultural values because this will reflect more inclusive
and positive behaviors. This can be done by
1. Working closely with an established and respected organization which has already
experienced organizational change.
2. Defining the values further in a manner more accessible to and more easily understood by
the employees
3. Encourage senior leaders to exhibit values regularly for a more collaborative culture.
4. Being aware of safety issues and regulatory battles.
