Our mission to create Playpal is to create a playground where you can fit-in with other fellow
misfits, where you are one sign-up away from engaging in different sports of your interest, meeting
new playmates without having to wait for hours before you start playing.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
● Playpal is a one stop website that provides services such as Online ticketing, Sports reviews,
Chatting, and Sports related trend analysis.
● Engaging sports enthusiasts interested in similar sports
● Outsourcing venues while playing intermediary between venue owners and subscribers.

almost doubled from 2009.
● Technology is evolving to multiple fields such as sports, medical, finance etc.
● Businesses that contribute to the Sport industry are apparel, gambling,
supplements/medicines, equipment.
COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
● Steam is an esports platform where many customers play online games.

● Global sports companies like Topgolf, who have more experience in the sports industry and
have good funds may expand their platform to all in one sports or recommendation of the
playgroups.

● Playo (India-based) and Playfinder(UK-based) may expand their market to the United States as
well. PlayPal core value is the recommendations, it can be whole new experiences that makes
us MVP.
CUSTOMER ANALYSIS

● Our target age is less than 18-35 for our potential customers.
● Players that have trouble finding other players to match with in various sports.
● Owners of AAU basketball tournaments can rent our venues on the app for there
tournaments.
● Regular customers that come to our venues on a weekly or monthly basis, will be
using our facilities for multiple reasons.
● The magic of our idea is that the customer can either play with the same team as
yesterday or a new team of who showed up that day.
