Qualify a Lead Sales Agent Call Back

You will be calling companies in different 24-48 hours after you send an email with all
industries introducing them to Design N of the required information, one of our sales
Rank. Your goal is to tell them about us and agents will call the client back.
send them a personalized email. It is very important that you have verified the
correct information. We are counting on you!

AGENT PANEL

We use an automated dialer system, so every time a new phone call comes in,
the file information will change automatically.

Because we use an automated dialer system when we call new leads, it will
show up on their call display as a randomized number.

(It will be different states/provinces depending where the lead is located)

Who to send emails to?

ONLY Owner or Co-owner

-If owner says someone else takes care of the website / marketing:

Still get the email address of the owner, send the email, and tell them to have that person
call us back.

Any Email sent without confirming owner / co-owner will be considered a lead violation.

How to send the email?

1. Write a valid email address in the email field

2. Select the appropriate industry.

If you do not confirm the industry with the owner, then it will be considered a lead violation.

3. Press Send (You will then be prompted to select a disposition, which we’ll get to in just a moment)

PICKING THE RIGHT INDUSTRY

When picking the appropriate industry for a construction company, there are 4 different
designs we have, which go along with different types of services.

DISPOSITIONS

To dispose your call, click Set


Disposition button and select the
appropriate disposition.

As soon as you hang up your call, set


your disposition immediately,
otherwise your ACW (After Call
Work) will exceed your daily
maximum of 5 minutes.

CORPORATE / FRANCHISE

Select the Corporate disposition when you


speak to someone who confirms the
company is corporately owned.

For a franchise ask them if they have the


ability to make their own website / engage
in marketing separate from what’s
provided to them.

NOT INTERESTED

Only select the “Not interested” disposition if you have made ALL
of your attempts and 2 STRONG rebuttals with the OWNER.

New Hires: disposition as CALL BACK until you have mastered your
rebuttals.

Note: I must hear the rebuttal for Not Interested mentioning “We are a marketing
company as well! Our goal is to help you make more money and rank better online.”
You must give two to three solid rebuttals minimum before dispositioning a call NI.
Gatekeepers/Secretaries cannot be counted as a Not Interested no matter how many
times you rebuttal them. Remember, Not Interested is a way to get you off the phone.
How you approach the call has everything to do with the reaction and tempo you set.
When we listen to your calls that are marked NI they must be a solid effort or this will
affect the quality of your dispositions.

DNC / DO NOT CALL

Any call where the Owner / Co-Owner tells us to put them on our Do No Call List: You must attempt
at least one rebuttal first.

Gatekeepers/Secretaries that tell to put them on our Do Not Call List: This does not apply. In this
case, disposition the call as Postpone (select a date 3 months later). Do not argue with or try to
rebuttal the gatekeeper.

A person that is retired and no longer in business: First ask if they plan to retire in a a couple of
months or a couple of years (put it in the notes) You can say this: “Are you passing your business on
to family or are you selling it? Having an established website will add value to your business when you
are ready to sell it.”)

No longer in business: Write it in notes. First ask if it is a new business to verify.

24/7 Answering Service: Ask first if it is 24/7, then disposition as DNC

Churches / Non-Profits: Always disposition as Do Not Call.

When we listen to your calls marked as DNC, they must follow this criteria.

POSTPONE

Select the “Postpone” disposition


when the owner tells you that the business
is suspended for the moment (Not out of
business)

Ex:
-A snow removal company during the summer
-An ice cream shop during the winter

If the owner is away on vacation for an


extended period of time and there is no co-
owner, ask when you can call back and set
the proper date / time

SALE

If you have successfully sent the


e-mail, and have gone over every
point of the script, then you can
now hang up and set the
disposition to SALE

VOICE DIRECTORIES / ANSWERING SERVICE

You will encounter Voice Directories where you will be given options to choose
from in order to reach the right extension.
Do your best to follow the directory and get to the right person.
If you do not have a name, press “0” for Operator, then ask for Owner

An answering service is a third party call center which takes calls on behalf of
other businesses. Their job is to take messages.

Ask them if they answer all the time or just when the office is unavailable to
take calls.

TIPS & TRICKS

If the company name does not match the industry


selected, make sure to verify the industry with
whoever you are speaking to, and select the right
one before sending the email. Be aware of
Company Names, especially ones that are very
obvious, like Bill’s Landscaping Services is clearly
not in the Financing Industry.
