Terrorist Organization such as Al Qaeda, ISIS are most active anti-social elements in the world.

These
unsocial organizations are responsible for creating chaos and mental disturbances in entire world.

Geneva convention act is designed for basic rights of wartime prisoners. In article 13 it is clearly mention
that there should be no inhuman activity for military personnel and civilian that are involve in war. They
should be transferred to their native serving countries.

Terrorist organizations do not belong to any particular country nor does any country accept their
presence in their areas. They have set ideology which differ from country's social ideology.

So Geneva convention act does not apply for terrorist organizations
