CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE: The customer shall not, except with prior written approval of MULTINET (Which shall be at the discretion of MULTINET) transfer the connection issued to the Customer or
allow any other person touse the same. Any unauthorized transfer / use of the connection shall give MULTINET the right to terminate connection forth with. The Customer shall be treated as the subscriber

document provided through any agency / authority including NADRA / FBR.

REFUND POLICY: At the time of disconnection, The CPE and other devices (Router etc.) need to be returned back to MULTINET in good working condition. Customer has to pay all outstanding dues
as per MULTINET billing system till the date of disconnection. Only the amount of security deposit against the package is refundable. All other charges paid against CPE activation, Router and package
activation are non-refundable. After clearance of all dues and receiving of devices, the refund will be processed in 21 working days. Refund in cash will be handed over to original customer only after
verification through original National Identity Card.
