What are the indicators of Peace and Development in your Barangay? Mention
your Barangay and Municipality.

My Barangay is Tinutulan, the last barangay of the Municipality of pikit and it is

located in the east of barangay Gokotan Pikit Cotabato on the west of baranggay
Nunguan Pikit Cotabato, in the north of barangay Balabak Pikit Cotabato and in the
west of batranggay Malapang Aleosan North Cotabato. Our Municipality are known
for its negatively background in some provinces as well as the entire Philipinnes due
to several conflicts happened like killing, redo, carnapping and rivalry of land that
can lead to war. Therefore, aside from that awful event the people there are kind
and generous specifically in our beloved barangay because whenever they have a
guest from other places they will do their very best to show warm and humble
acceptance. As my observation in our barangay in order to promote peace and
development they conduct a immediate action whenever there was a conflicts in our
barangay, like for example this past few months there was a case of conflict because
of land rivalry. Our Captain call the attention of both parties specially their leaders
to have peace talk and beg them to stop the conflict between them and decided to
resolve the issue. Afterthat, the captain of our barangay ask a resolution to the
office of mayor to have a municipality ordinance for every conflicts will happen in
different barangays. Some indicators of Peace and Development in our barangay as
I observed was Good Leadership, Trusted barangay officials, Obedient Citizens,
Proper Disposal of garbages, and equally distribution of goods and financial aid from
the government. Right now I am proud to say that barangay Tinutulan are safe and
peaceful.
