GOALS/ OBJECTIVES:
This activity aims to:

1 Strengthen the knowledge and readiness of the school personnel, students, barangay council, and other
stakeholders of the right thing to do before, during and after of the earthquake;

2.Intensify the capacity of school disaster risk reduction management team, school personnel, students, parents,
barangay council and other stakeholders of readiness and proper response to earthquake;

3. Evaluate the readiness and awareness of teachers, school staff and other stakeholders on how to practice proper
action and response during earthquake drill.

OVERVIEW / RATIONALE:

As per DepED Order No. 48, s. of 2012, quarterly conduct of the national school-based earthquake drill, the
department of education with partner of the agencies, all public and private schools and DepEd offices will
undertake the quarterly conduct of the national based earthquake on September 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm.

In one way or another, these activities would somehow enable the, Barangay Councils, Teachers and School
Administration in fostering good relationship between them through SDRRM and DRRM plan activities through
lectures and drill and encourage school personnel and other stakeholders to participate in the said activity.

ACTIVITIES STRATEGIES: ( sequentially arranged activities / process / time / person responsible)

This activity will give sort of little orientation about disaster preparedness. Teachers of La Purisima High School
and other stakeholders are expected to attend and response properly.
The foregoing activity will be facilitated by SDRRM and members.
BENEFICIARIES :
School Teachers, Students, Barangay Officials and other stakeholders.

Terminal Report after completion of the activity and photo narratives.
