CR 92 LESSON 7 TASK: ESSAY ON INFORMATION LEGAL FORM

These two vocabulary words would describe information in legal form. The words
are Statements and Grounds. First is statements, as we know statements are factual or
not, which inform, describe, convince, or tell a particular matter. However, for the
application of the Information Legal Form, it should be factual, especially if the
prosecution party would like to file a case against the respondent due to the commission
of an offense. The second is Grounds. These would represent reasonable factors made by
the judge during preliminary investigation established after filling the affidavit,
subscribe by the prosecutor, and filed into court. The respondent will be found guilty of
the commission of the offense. Mainly the reasonable factors were based on whether
there are or are laws violated.
