A RESOLUTION TO UTILIZE THE PREVIOUS CSBO BUDGET FOR A.

Y 2021-2022

Resolution No. 003 A.Y. 2021-2022

WHEREAS, the President of the CSBO is authorized to spend the preceding ESBO
budget for the SY 2021-2022. Both the Dean of the College of Criminology and the
CSBO adviser provided their assent. The money can then be used to pay for expenses
while new projects are developed, as well as to continue working on existing ones.

WHEREAS, the CSBO budget of College of Criminology has been recommended for
adaptation by the CSBO President, be it therefore

RESOLVED, that the CSBO budget of College of Criminology presented is hereby

approved and shall be allocated.

RESOLVED, that the officers of this organization are hereby authorized to conduct and
perform whatever acts, including the issuance of paper works, records, receipts, and
certifications, as they think necessary or appropriate to carry out the intent of the
aforementioned resolutions.The following resolutions were duly considered and ratified:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all activities conducted by the officers previous to

the adoption of the foregoing resolution are within the authority of the department and
are therefore affirmed as its acts and deeds.

RESOLVED FURTHER, the President of the CSBO is hereby authorized to spend the
funds whenever projects are planned and developed. The CSBO and the rest of the
organization will make absolutely sure that the budgets are spent wisely and in
compliance with the organization's bylaws.

I HEREBY CERTIFY the legality and ratification of the aforementioned resolution.
