It is irrefutable that reality shows have recently found a place in the hearts of

viewers (paraphase ). However, some people believe that this type of television
shows has a number of drawbacks(use a synonym). In my point of view, reality
programs have more problems than benefits.
We (phiến diện, nên dùng chủ ngữ giả)cannot deny the remarkable advantages
reality shows create(collocation). The first one should be mentioned is that
it(grammar mistake-> The most manifest one is that it) ends fast as opposed to
soap operas, which might continue for years without a story or meaning(do not
make comparison, only state its characteristics->have a limited number of
episodes). A reality program does not last more than two or three months
(exaggerated/wrong infor) as(use “so”) the viewers can watch the show they want
and be done with it in a short amount of time(why is this beneficial to viewers?
Need more explanation). Another benefit of reality shows is that it gives a chance
to people(gives the public/ordinary a chance) to show their unique talent as reality
shows are watched by millions of viewers on television and(thừa) if we have
unique talent than these shows provide us that platform to showcase our talent to
the whole world and become famous(lack clarity, why can we become famous?).
In addition, reality programs is also motivational because seeing a regular person
like ourselves become(grammar mistake) a super idol(informal) inspires us to use
and display(collocation) our skill to the rest of the world through reality shows. As
a result, it is a refreshing change(??) because television no longer serves as a
source of amusement but rather as a platform for exhibiting an individual's latent
potentials.

On the other hands, some limitations of reality shows have a negative

effects(grammar) on the onlookers(misuse). There are a number of programs
unsuitable for all ages. majority of these shows cannot be watched in front of
young kids(nên dùng chủ động để câu không bị tối nghĩa) as the majority(lặp) of
reality shows contain objectionable and vulgar content and if kids are exposed to
such shows that it will be damaging to their future(thiếu vế của câu điều kiện, câu
quá dài (3 vế)). Moreover, some of the reality shows go beyond what is right(lack
clarity) and they(who are “they”?) will go to any extent in order to gain popularity
among audiences(lack clarity->appeal to the public eye). That type of television
programs becomes popular they no longer remain real rather they become scripted
shows and are done in such a way so as to ensure that it grabs maximum eyeballs
and popularity among the audience(grammer mistake). Hence, the difference
between fiction shows and reality shows gets blurred due to producers resorting to
scripted reality shows(do not make comparison, lack clarity->a noticeable
characteristic of most fashionable reality shows lays in its carefully scripted
scenes, which contradicts with its initial definition) . Last but not least, reality
programs can be too demanding on(use “to”) the contestants of the shows,
especially those shows which involve kids as competitiors. When the reality shows
become all about popularity than contestants interest’s take a back seat which is
not these reality shows originally meant hence it is a big pitfall of these shows(lack
clarity-> the producers’aim at gaining popularity has outshadowed the
entertainment aspect of reality programs, making them more of a competition than
a casual television show).

In the nutshell, reality TV shows have both advantages and disadvantages.

Therefore, it is the responsibility of each(dùng every) person to watch these shows
in a limit(collocation) and avoid following the lifestyle of the celebrities as these
