Upon purchasing the subject property and receiving all the necessary documents required for transfer.

Broker’s Agent Commission Agreement: 2.35% will be paid on these terms (cash/cheque).

 90% of the total commission will be receive upon purchased.

 10% of the balance commission will be receive upon releasing New Transfer Certificate of
Title.

Sellers Broker will assist or coordinate on the following:

 Processing of E-CAR (1-2) weeks

 Processing of Transfer of Title, inclusive the affidavit for annulment of 1967 Restrictions

Note : timeline may vary on the local agency office skeletal workforce.
