I give you and through you, your cooperating agent / broker, the authority to show the property to prospective
buyers, NOTWITHSTANDING the expiration of this authority, you shall still be entitled to your FULL AGENT /
BROKER'S PROFESSIONAL FEE mentioned above in case your BUYER(S) and in whatever price we agreed upon
with the BUYER whom you have previously presented or notified / registered buys the above property. This authority
is good until the property remains unsold on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
WARRANTY OF OWNER:
This offer is made on the representation and warranty that the SELLER is the true and absolute owner of the
subject property and is the only individual who has the authority to negotiate and close a sale agreement on the said
property; that he / she holds a good and registerable title to the said property which no other sale agreement has been
entered for / on and which shall be conveyed clear and free of all liens and encumbrances.
