ABOUT DTU, DELHI
Delhi Technological University (DTU), is
established vide Delhi act no. 6 of 2009 by govt. of
NCT of Delhi. It offers courses in Bachelor of
Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Business
Administration (B.B.A.), Bachelor of Economics
(B.A.(H)), Master of Technology (M.Tech.), Master
of Business Administration (M.B.A) and Doctor of
Philosophy (Ph.D.) and has 15 academic
departments.
ABOUT DELHI SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
Delhi School of Management (DSM) was
established in 2009 to train the students to face the
challenges of an information and knowledge driven
work environment, DSM focuses on Triple E:
Education, Experience and Exposure. Efforts are
made to inculcate in its students the managerial

ABOUT TEQIP- III
Technical Education Quality Improvement
Programme (TEQIP- III) is a World Bank funded
project aimed at improving the technical education
of the country and uplifting the research quality. It
helps to fund innovative projects in the academic
institutions and improving faculty skills.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
• To sensitize participants in understanding basics
of qualitative and quantitative research.
• To help participants understand the
fundamentals of case method teaching.
• To help participants gain insights for work-life
balance
• To provide participants with perspectives of
effective teaching through innovative teaching
pedagogy.

Experts from internal as well as external sources shall
be invited as resource person to conduct the
programme.
CERTIFICATION
Attendance is mandatory in all the sessions and
certificates of FDP will be issued to participants who
shall attend all scheduled sessions.
TARGET AUDIENCE
• Participants from Academia, Government
and Industry and Ph.D. Scholars.
• Faculty members working in UGC/AICTE
affiliated institutes and researchers working
on sponsored projects looking forward for
gaining hands on experience in data analysis
through latest software package must attend
this programme.
NOMINATION
A maximum of 60 nominations will be accepted
for the programme.
ACCOMODATION
Accommodation for a few pre-registered
participants can be arranged in the campus guest
house or hostels on payment depending upon
availability. The participants will have to bear the
expenses for stay and meals. TA/DA will not be
paid for attending the FDP. However, working
lunch/tea/snacks will be provided during the
course.
HOW TO APPLY?
Mail the scanned registration form duly forwarded
by competent authority to the General Chair at the
mail id. (fdpdsm18@gmail.com) on or before
June 13, 2018. Bring the original registration form
at the time of commencement of the course. The
selection is on first come first serve basis
depending upon the availability of the seats. The
selected candidates will be informed through Email
by June 14th, 2018.
